Pacific-Rim Conference on Multimedia (PCM)

September 16-18, 2015, Gwangju, Korea

Presentation Guideline

Oral presentations

Presentation Time: The presentation time is critical; each paper is allocated 20 minutes for oral presentation. We recommend that presentation of your slides should take about 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions and answers.

To ensure smoothing running of presentations in each session, all speakers are required to report to their session chairs, prepare slides and test equipments at least 10 minutes before the session starts.

Equipment Provided: All lecture rooms will be equipped with a computer, a video projector, a microphone and a pointing device. Each computer will have a CD-ROM drive as well as PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader software. If any other audio or video equipment is required, authors must contact conference organizers to indicate their request.

Please note the following critical points:
• Please make sure the power adapter of your computer can use 220-240 V, and can be plugged into a Schuko/Europlug type socket used in Korea.
• Please make sure the display adapter can be connected to a VGA connector.
• We advise you to use your own computer if you have any animation/video and special fonts in your presentation.

Poster Presentations

Please put up your poster before the poster session starts. The poster board size is 90cm wide x 100cm high. Your paper ID will be shown on the board.
